Registration fees

Early Bird Registration date: by April 11 2019 at 14:00/02:00pm (Finnish time - Eastern European Time EET)

Late Registration date: after April 11 2019 at 14:00/02:00pm (Finnish time - Eastern European Time EET)

Note that the conference is paid in Euro.

EurOMA members:

EurOMA members Early Bird rate by April 11: 550€

EurOMA members Late registration rate after April 11: 670€

*If you annually pay your membership fee together with the conference, you should check the non-member box for the payment.

Non-EurOMA members:

Non-members Early Bird rate by April 11: 650€

Non-members Late registration rate after April 11: 770€

Students:

To qualify for the student rate, written proof of your status is required. A letter signed by the person responsible for the programme at your university or your supervisor, or a copy of your valid student card should be sent to the event organizers.

Student EurOMA members Early Bird rate by April 11: 450€

Student EurOMA members Late registration rate after April 11: 570€

Students non-EurOMA members Early Bird rate by April 11: 550€

Students non-EurOMA members Late registration rate after April 11: 670€

Participation fees for Doctoral Workshop -attendees:

Doctoral Workshop –participation only: 200€

Student EurOMA members: Doctoral Workshop and Main Conference, Early Bird rate: 650€

Student EurOMA members: Doctoral Workshop and Main Conference, Late registration rate: 750€

Doctoral Workshop AND Main Conference -participation:

Student non-EurOMA members: Doctoral Workshop and Main Conference, Early Bird rate: 770€

Student non-EurOMA members: Doctoral Workshop and Main Conference, Late registration rate: 870€

Registration cancellation policy:

By April 11 2019: Full Refund

From April 11 to April 30 2019: 50% Refund

After April 30 2019: No Refund

Publishing Workshop:

Doctoral Seminar:
